Do you snap digital photos of your child on a field trip or playing sports for Christian Academy and wonder what to do with them? The website is a communication tool for parents and prospective families and we want to include more student activity photos. Holocaust Speaker: Reimar Schultze
Monday, May 19 at 10 a.m.
The 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th Grades will be attending an event which features a man who lived during the WW II Holocaust.  This special speaker will focus on his personal experiences in Hamburg, Germany during the Nazi raids.  To prepare for this event, Middle School students will focus on WW II next week and work on a web search for additional information.  Check out Reimar Schultze for his testimony.  8th Grade will be visiting the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. This will be a rich, historical event for our students at CAL SW.

Ms. Myles Kindergarten Visits Huber Farm

Poster/Essay Contest Winners
Christian Academy of Louisville Southwest participated in the Southwest Regional Louisville Free Public Library “Southwest Treasures” poster/essay contest.  Kindergarten, first and second grade Art classes entered posters. Fiirst grader Thomas Hodgekins was awarded second place and received a gift card to ToysRUS.  The third grade class participated in the essay contest held for third – fifth grades and Pierce Zirnheld was awarded third place and recieved a gift card to ToysR US.
